Hospital de la Concepcion Deploys FormFast eSignature Technology to Enhance Registration Processes

ST. LOUIS, MO – March 19, 2019 – FormFast, the leading eSignature vendor for the healthcare industry, is pleased to announce the addition of Hospital de la Concepcion in San German, Puerto Rico to their growing customer base.

To streamline critical document workflows in their registration department, Hospital de la Concepcion implemented FormFast to complement and enhance their MEDITECH Enterprise Health Record (EHR). “With FormFast, we can ensure that each consent is properly archived. We no longer need to track down pieces of paper and manually scan them for archival. FormFast enables electronic signature capture on a digital signature device or mobile tablet at Hospital de la Concepcion. The e-signed documents are routed directly to Hospital de la Concepcion’s EHR (MEDITECH), accelerating the archival process. With FormFast, their electronic forms are organized and accessible in an online repository, imprinted dynamically for archival, and can be printed as needed by the hospital’s clinical staff.
