Consulting Magazine’s Best Firms to Work For survey is widely considered to be the most comprehensive, independent source of opinion about the quality of life within the consulting professions’ top firms. Rankings are based on an online survey, ranking firms in six different categories including firm culture, work/life balance, compensation and benefits, client engagement, career development and leadership. More than 9,000 consultants participated in the survey, representing more than 300 firms.
