KLAS Emerging Solutions Spotlight report highlights Olah clients’ high satisfaction with performance, functionality, and collaboration.

The report examines client experience, satisfaction, and return on investment with Olah’s modern EAS™ (Enterprise Archiving Solution).
To create the report, KLAS Research surveyed Olah’s current clients, primarily hospitals. The report highlights that 100% of the company’s customers would purchase Olah again, citing the benefits of the platform, which include reduced archiving costs and the ability to consolidate disparate data sources. Customers also noted smooth implementations, strong partnerships and Olah’s flexible integration approach as top reasons for high satisfaction.
Speed was identified by customers as a positive part of their experience, with three-fourths of all customers seeing outcomes in under six months — a portion of those reporting immediate results.

All customers surveyed by KLAS reported they have adopted 100% of the functionality of access to archived EMR, which speaks to the value of these functions, their ease of use, and Olah’s commitment to training and support. Other platform functionality adopted includes:

Customers told KLAS that Olah helped them achieve seamless implementations through strong partnerships. “OLAH Healthcare Technology has been incredibly easy to work with.
