This focus group will explore the current state of mobile device adoption, utilization, and optimization in healthcare by addressing the financial, operational, and security challenges of current healthcare organizations’ mobile device strategies and their measured return on investment (ROI). Participants will discuss strategies to enhance clinical workflows and measure the success of mobile solutions and applications like Epic Rover, considering the high costs associated with device loss and IT security. Best practices for improving mobile device adoption, ROI, and effectiveness in clinical settings will be reviewed.
