Many health systems are increasingly prioritizing patient access, recognizing its critical role in delivering quality care. However, digital progression is often hindered by operational constraints, and digital solutions may not fully meet operational needs due to a lack of understanding of access as an organizational-level concept and no clear strategy for the future service model.  

This session will explore these key pain points and delve into how design tools and strategic team organization can address these challenges. By examining the intersection of the clinical model, service model, and technology stack, we’ll uncover strategies to align operational and technological efforts.
