CHIME has streamlined the CHCIO registration process, making it easier for members to take their careers to the next level.

Created in 2008, the certified healthcare CIO (CHCIO) designation serves as the ultimate recognition of knowledge, skill and experience for healthcare IT leaders. It has substantiated and elevated the profession, especially at a time when CIOs are becoming more integral to the overall strategic direction of their organizations.  Today, 330 CIOs carry the CHCIO designation and another 76 are CHCIO eligible.

Yet for all of the success the program has experienced over the years, we know there have been frustrations surrounding fees and the registration process.

We heard you loud and clear! CHIME is excited to announce a new, easy and cost-effective way to register for the CHCIO program.

The entire CHCIO experience is now available for $625, a savings of $100 and we’ve even streamlined the registration process. The bundle covers all expenses – CHCIO application, study materials, practice exam and exam fees – and if you don’t take or pass the exam within a year, you can re-up for just $99.
