Here is a roundup from CHIME of recent news and upcoming events:
CHIME members can participate in a cybersecurity survey: KLAS and CHIME are partnering on a major cybersecurity research initiative designed to provide insights into the current status of medical device security in the healthcare industry. CHIME members can participate in this research by filling out an online questionnaire after which KLAS may arrange a quick follow-up call to clarify responses. The questions focus on technologies and services used to secure medical devices, as well as best practices by providers. Following the research process, KLAS will publish a comprehensive report based upon the feedback.
CHIME offers orientation webinar on TransformIT: CHIME will hold an orientation webinar on April 19 for members who want to learn more about TransformIT, a new analytic tool that allows members to benchmark their healthcare organizations and create custom reports. The aggregated data can give insights into implementations, solution partners, EHR systems, costs, and much more. Learn more about TransformIT here. Members who want to attend the webinar can register here.
CHIME is accepting proposals for track sessions and Leadership from the Edge: CHIME is encouraging members to submit proposals for the 2018 CHIME Fall CIO Forum.
