of its leadership team. These strategic hires bring a wealth of experience and expertise, positioning the company for continued growth and success in the rapidly evolving healthcare IT Landscape.

The following individuals have joined Cordea Consulting in key leadership roles:
Mike Blundell, Vice President, Consulting and Delivery – Formerly the Director of Information Technology at Palomar Health in Escondido, CA, Mike is an accomplished healthcare IT leader with a proven record of transformative digital solutions within the healthcare industry. As Vice President, Consulting and Delivery, Mike is leading the implementation of digital solutions and is building a cloud services practice to provide scalable, secure, and flexible infrastructure capable of accommodating the rapid growth of innovation within the healthcare ecosystem.
Bill Smith, Director, Epic Practice – Bill brings more than seven years of experience in director and implementation project management roles at healthcare software firm Epic. As Cordea’s Epic Practice Director, Bill will focus on expanding the company’s Epic practice and delivering innovative solutions for Epic clients of all sizes. He is currently leading the end-to-end implementation of Epic at Jupiter Medical Center in Palm Beach County, Florida. Jupiter Medical Center will be one of the first health systems in the world to host all Epic environments in the AWS cloud.
Aubrey Sherffius, Sr. Revenue Cycle Consultant – Aubrey spent more than 9 years leading projects at Cerner Corporation, supporting implementations, revenue optimization projects, and end-user training at small and enterprise organizations alike. As a Sr. Revenue Cycle Consultant, Aubrey will provide full lifecycle project oversight for Oracle Health (Cerner) and other HIS projects to improve hospital and clinic revenue cycle collection, optimize workflows, and enhance comprehensive business processes aligned with key HFMA KPI metrics.
Henry Jemiola, Healthcare Information Systems Consultant – Henry has 18 years of experience as an Implementation Project Manager at MEDITECH, where he led complex implementation projects from initiation to completion. With a deep understanding of MEDITECH’s product suite and industry best practices, Henry is poised to deliver successful outcomes for MEDITECH clients, contributing to Cordea’s reputation as a trusted leader in healthcare IT.
Kendra Krauss, Strategic Account Director – Formerly a Strategic Account Executive at Krames (now WebMD Ignite), Kendra has a 17-year track record of growing relationships and revenues within large health systems, integrated delivery networks, health plans, and VA hospitals. At Cordea, Kendra will draw upon her strong account management background in public health with the CDC and her extensive experience with health innovation, consumer and patient engagement, and content integration to partner with health systems across the country that use HIS technologies.
