Health systems are increasingly seeking to improve their financial margins by adopting digital and transformative technologies (including AI, cloud, and digital care delivery platforms).  These transformative and digital technologies have the potential to impact the workforce, patients, processes, and operations. For this session, we’d like to learn more about how organizations are navigating the end users of technology initiatives – the workforce and consumers/patients – by understanding keys for successful adoption, drivers, and barriers.
