July 22, 2016 - CTG today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Arthur Crumlish as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors effective July 21, 2016. Mr. Crumlish replaces Cliff Bleustein, CTG’s CEO since April 2015, who resigned by mutual agreement with the Board.

July 12, 2016 - The healthcare division of Kurt Salmon US is joining ECG Management Consultant. ECG has signed a purchase agreement with Kurt Salmon’s parent company, Management Consulting Group. Terms of the transaction, which is expected to close within several weeks, were not disclosed.
