Jonathan Fritz Joins Ideawake’s Board of Directors

Jonathan Fritz, Partner at HealthX Ventures with over 20 years of experience in the corporate innovation space joins Ideawake’s Board to accelerate its growth and mission to democratize innovation in Healthcare.

MILWAUKEE, MARCH 7TH 2022: Ideawake is excited to announce that Jonathan Fritz, JD, Partner at HealthX Ventures, has joined its Board of Directors. Jonathan brings over 20 years of experience in the corporate innovation and venture investing spaces, and will be a great addition to Ideawake’s team as the rapidly growing company continues to expand its presence in the Healthcare space.

Ideawake develops software that helps organizations like Advocate Aurora, OSF HealthCare, and Sanford Health streamline the process of capturing, prioritizing and taking action on ideas from frontline employees.

Their platform has been used to engage employees and their ideas on the topics that are top of mind for Healthcare leaders, including COVID-19 safety protocols, improving Behavioral Health outcomes, and scaling Quality Improvement programs.

More importantly, Ideawake’s software has been able to measurably improve employee engagement scores according to McKinsey’s Organizational Health Index inside and outside of Healthcare by making employees feel like their voices are being heard, regardless of their role or title inside the organization.

Before joining HealthX Ventures, Jonathan was the first Chief Innovation Officer at The College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME), and continues his work at the organization as a faculty member teaching innovation in CHIME University.
