Family: In Good Times and Tough Times 

Family is the most important thing to so many of us. They are the ones who come running when we have a problem. They are the people who drop everything to make sure we’re okay. They’re who we talk to when we’re going through a tough situation or facing a difficult challenge. They build our confidence and give us the boost we need when we’re anxious to try something new. Family supports us and pushes us to do better and be better.  

I’m not just talking about blood relatives. I’m talking about the CHIME Family too.  

Family Has Your Back 

Your CHIME family will work side-by-side with you to help solve the toughest and seemingly insurmountable healthcare challenges. Friends made through CHIME want to see you reach your goals, and they will assist in any way they can—whether through direct partnerships or as cheerleaders from the sideline. They are here to encourage your ideas and decisions. CHIME Members don’t run from challenges—they run to them. 

They Lift You Up 

CHIME is full of people who can understand what you’re going through and serve as your support system when times get tough. This family is here to help you grow in a positive direction—they won’t let you fall. This community pulls together to help one another and improve healthcare, as evidenced by the tremendous deluge of partnerships, innovative collaborations, and combined solutions that came out of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Coming together to push through the hard times sounds a lot like what family does. And celebrating each other’s wins – and the wins in our industry – is what CHIME does. 

The Safe Space 

CHIME is your home—your safe space—with the familiar furniture, comfort food, and the people you trust. Family doesn’t judge you when you have something tough to get off your chest. They listen to your thoughts and let you express your opinions and ideas. While not every idea will be your best, family is there to help you figure your way to the best path forward. CHIME friends help you puzzle out difficult problems and get through challenging times; they stand by patiently while you work through issues; they clap the loudest when you succeed. 

The Push You Needed 

CHIME is a support system, but it’s also the environment where you can grow beyond your comfort level, beyond what you even knew you were capable of. Here, you will find inspiration, ideas, education, and innovation that pushes you past your limits. Because that’s what family does. We believe in you and we believe in your greatness.
